This notice explains how RYN Education Hub (“RYN”, “we”) uses the information you share through the forms on this website.

What we collect

The details you enter in our enrolment, teacher waitlist and organisation interest forms, such as names, age of the learner, country, contact details and information about learning or teaching needs.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request: to recommend a learning programme, to contact you about the Teacher Training Cohort, or to follow up on a partnership enquiry. We do not sell your information.

Children’s information

Where a learner is a child, we ask that a parent or guardian completes the enrolment form and confirms their consent.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in RYN’s Google Workspace account, which only authorised RYN staff can access. We keep them only as long as needed to respond to you and manage your enrolment or application.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you’ve shared at any time by emailing ryneducationhub@gmail.com.
